A workmate will achieve something amazing. This will inspire you to want to make similar accomplishments yourself. If this means taking a course to develop skills, so be it. Success will come through hard work and steady effort. A practical friend will be incredibly supportive in helping you do something you want to do. All going well, will help make a difference to your community. A fund-raising project is being planned. Expect to play a big part in the proceedings.

As planets move through the signs, they bring different types of energy. On Monday, Mars, the Energizer, moves into Sagittarius, one of the Fire signs. You should find that Aries, Leo and Sagittarius colleagues especially, – and to a slightly lesser extent a Virgo, start pushing you to complete tasks before the end of the week. True, this might be considered normal at this time of year. Give them a try, making it clear you regard these efforts as an experiment. The results won’t just be amazing, you’ll also learn a lot.

There is pressure on a group to meet a deadline and yet there is not enough help or resources for them to achieve this. If you are in a leadership role, your priority will be to get in extra support for your staff. You’re focused on other people’s needs, but what about you? It may not be so noticeable early on, but stress and tension could lower your resistance to illness unless you find ways to relax more.

Mars arrives in your opposite sign on Monday, when it joins the Sun. This should act as a super-energizer. It also occurs just a few days before the Full Moon in your sign. Knowing that, explore various options and discuss plans with those involved; and, as important, ensure everybody’s ready to discuss, and make, even sudden changes.

A heavier workload is expected in the weeks leading up to Christmas. This in turn could affect your health. Having to take on more responsibilities with little choice about it will drain your energy very quickly. Thursday is a good day to reflect on what you want from life in the long-term. Are you single? A friend or neighbour might play matchmaker and will hook you up with someone who is perfect for you.

There is now considerable planetary activity in that area of your solar chart that is all about day-to-day efforts. Of course, you’d expect that at this time of year. A Cancerian quest is to look after others – which no doubt mean that you put in extra time trying to ensure everyone has what they need. Yet work too could be super demanding – particularly in the lead into next Sunday’s Full Moon which coincides with Venus’ retrograde station in your opposite sign. Stop and listen to your body. Aches and pains should not be dismissed as something you have to put up with.

For much of 2021 the war between the past and the future has been all-consuming. You may have found yourself up against those who are both rebelling and challenging. That war should come to its conclusion before the end of the year. As of Monday, Mars reaches Sagittarius and the legalities of a situation could have your full attention. You’re rushed off your feet. There’s little chance to do what you really want until you get some jobs out of the way.
