BHC Newsletter Reta

July 5, 2021 – July 11, 2021

Whereas last week we only had two aspects to work with. This week we have four aspects, a New Moon in Cancer and a sign change.

The brightest spot of the week happens on Monday when the Sun in Cancer sextiles Uranus. This aspect makes you curious, and you may find that you are interested in new things. It’s a powerful time to make productive changes to create a better future because Saturn’s restrictions don’t influence the Sun. Use this time to connect with people you find interesting and exciting, but don’t get too crazy.

Tuesday through Friday are going to be brutal as Venus tangles with Saturn and Uranus. Relationships may be problematic, and if you feel stifled or distanced from your significant other, there may be an urge to break free. Be careful if you encounter the devil with the blue dress (or suit) on.

Finally, this weekend, Mercury moves out of Gemini and into Cancer. Your feelings will need to be expressed, and you will understand the needs of others. Creative spontaneity may also occur with  Mercury in the sign of the crab.

Recommended Candles: Fire/Energy and Will, Soul Mate, Heart, Emotional Balance, and New Moon Astro Magic.

Here’s what you missed on this week…

30 Looks Good on Us

It’s ok, it’s only evolution. Things are starting to look a little different at Coventry, our Blessed Herbal candles are getting a new party dress! Next year will be Coventry’s 30th year of making magic and we are showing the love to our cornerstone product by celebrating everything that made it so

5 Magical Ways to Use Cancer Season to Your Benefit

As we enter the month of July, we find ourselves swimming in the healing waters of the sign of Cancer. Cancer is known for its nurturing qualities and is the sign associated with mothers and motherhood. While we are in the sign of the crab, our focus will be on self-care, caring for our families, familial and tribal bonds, and comfort and security.

Llewellyn’s Spell A Day

Happy Independence Day

Today is Independence Day in the United States. Children are out of school, many people are on vacation, and baseball season is in full swing.

For this spell you will need:

* 3 chime (four-inch) candles: red, white, and blue

* Some Florida Water, which is readily available in botanicas and spiritual supply stores

* Olive oil

* 3 fireproof candleholders

Cleanse your candles with Florida Water, then anoint them with olive oil. Place them in their holders.

Light the red candle for veterans who suffer from PTSD and for whom fireworks can be extremely triggering.

Light the white candle for any independence you have achieved from things that no longer serve you.

Light the blue candle for fur babies, especially dogs who get scared of the sound of fireworks.

Allow your candles to safely burn down, or you can snuff them out and repeat this spell next year.

Origami Divination

Try your luck today with this spell to boost memory and focus on spiritual issues. Choose a paper folding design that is simple and fun, like the frog. On twelve pieces of paper, write random answers like “most likely,” “perhaps not,” and so on. Couple these with a quote from a spiritual text to employ humor, irony, and enlightenment all in one meme-worthy little note, such as “Never fry bacon in the nude,” or something more serious like “Truth is mighty and shall prevail.”

Then fold each piece of paper into the designated shape and spend the day distributing them to random people by chance or happenstance. Finding small ways to serve as a sounding board and inspiration for others will help any witch feel more closely connected to the thoughts and feelings of those around them. Random divination employs chaos and whimsy as well as our deep inner wisdom. Sharing your gifts will bring you a deep sense of joy and purpose.

A Spell to Spice Up Your Sex Life

Both Mars and Venus (who are famous in astrology for representing romantic/sexual relationships) are in Leo right now. The bad news is that you and your partner(s) might be more needy at this time. The good news is that you are bound to have some hot lovin’ over the next few weeks. Be kind and direct and don’t let things fester; face them instead and then get sensual about it. Cast this spell to add a little spice to the bedroom, literally.

Take two cinnamon sticks and tie them together in the shape of an X with red ribbon. Tie three knots on each leg with the ribbon. Chant the following until you have finished each knot:

Spice it up and let’s get wild.

Turn it up to hot from mild!

Place the amulet under your bed and invite your partner(s) to have some adult time.

Small but Mighty

Sometimes I’m mesmerized by the magnificence of a morning sunrise or the vibrant colors of an evening sunset. Then there are the exceptional moments when I’m transfixed, catapulted into worlds I didn’t know existed, simply by gazing at a single drop of water lingering on the end of one of my plants.

Today may you find magick in the small, tiny, and undeniably spectacular things that cross your path. Take time to pick up something small or tiny, perhaps a rock, a stone, a button, or even a thimble, and gaze into the magnificent worlds only your inner eye and imagination can see.

Attuning to Fire

Now that we’ve passed the summer solstice, the days are gradually growing shorter. Although the heat and relaxed pace of the season may lull us into thinking that the days go on forever, from here on out we will lose a few minutes of daylight every day. In many Western magical systems, summer is associated with the element of fire. To make the most of these days while they are still long and warm, attune to the element of fire.

Sit before a lit candle, a campfire, or any other flame you can access comfortably. Gaze at it and relax, allowing yourself to feel its heat. Know that this elemental flame is part of you and say:

Powers of fire, lend me your gifts

of passion, spontaneity, and the

knowledge of my own True Will.

Be with me this day. So mote it be.

Safely extinguish the flame.

Name Your Residence

JUNE 29, 2021 BY EMYME

It is the custom in many countries to name their homes and properties. Some names are amusing (“Upson Downs”), some are geographic (“Riverside Manor”), and some are charming (“Rose Cottage”). Information about the residents may be in a name, like “La Maison des Belles Femmes,” which means the house of beautiful women.

Whether you share the name of your residence with the world in the shape of a plaque or signpost or keep it private for the family only, it is a fun idea to brainstorm a name for the place where you lay your head at night. Also, benevolent home spirits, (fairies, pixies, brownies, etc.) love and appreciate a named home and will keep their mischievous counterparts at bay. Invoke them:

This house, this home, the place

I where lay my head at night, be

blessed with this name, (name of

home), for all to see or in my private

heart. May the humans and spirits

dwelling within be happy and healthy

and know they are cherished.

Make Friends with Moonstone

June is one of only two months that has three different birthstones associated with it. One of these is moonstone, which is a favorite gemstone of Witches. No matter which month you were born in, now is a good time to become better acquainted with this beautiful opalescent form of feldspar. Moonstone is most commonly seen in its white hue, from which is gets its association with the moon, although it can also come in a coral pink, blue, or even rainbow color. Because it is white and seems to glow, moonstone has long been linked both to the moon and to goddesses, especially lunar deities such as Diana, Isis, and Selene, among others.

Take a piece of moonstone and hold it in your hands. Close your eyes and feel its energy, then offer it up to the goddess to bless:

Goddess, bless this stone

Dedicated to the moon and to you

And to all positive magical work.

So mote it be.

Meditation for Summer Energy

So many of us are still in the process of recovering from the traumatic experiences that the last year and a half have brought.  Here is a simple meditation that you can do to bring back the sun, working with the three currents, part of the standard magical practice in the Ancient Order of Druids in America (AODA).

Stand in the sun when it is shining brightly. If you can take off your shoes and stand on the bare earth, even better.  Imagine a ray of golden sunlight descending from the sun and flowing down into you, filling your body with golden light.

Focus on this image as long as you want.  As this golden ray descends, it fills you with energy, strengthening you, and empowering you.  Sit with this for a moment.  Now turn your attention to your feet and the earth below them.

Envision a green-gold ray of light flowing from the depths of the earth and up through your feet, legs, torso, arms and into your head.  Feel the energy of the earth supporting you, nurturing you, and providing you grounding and stability.

Envision the two energies swirling together in your solar plexus and see the spark of Nywfre, the spark of life and vitality, the inspiration and life force within all things.

This spark will carry with you and encourage you to fill your life with creativity, inspiration, and joy.

Heartwings Love Notes 989 Celebrations are important

“Heartwings says, “Marking special days with celebration brings joy to the heart.”

When I was small, I looked forward to the holidays with great anticipation. Our family celebrations were special and usually involved meals with my grandmother or my great Alice in their special, lovely homes. Later on, I enjoyed helping my children celebrate the holidays and we evolved our own rituals. In addition, we celebrated achievements and goals so they were well noted and memorable. I have always felt celebrations were a necessary part of a happy life.

Now the USA is celebrating its birthday, and in addition, Stephen and I are doing the same for both his birthday on the 3rd and our wedding anniversary of 41 years on the 5th. We planned it that way when we got married. At the time that we had our large home and Inner Peace Center, we used to invite friends and acquaintances for three days of Peace and Love. There were tents on the lawn where people who came from a distance camped out. The swimming pool was very popular, as was the hot tub, which had to be emptied and scrubbed once the party was over. My spiral garden was also much enjoyed.

At the present, our days and our lifestyle are quieter. We live in a small apartment that’s not really conducive to entertaining. This year a dear friend has kindly offered her home and lawn for a birthday party for Stephen’s celebration, although it certainly won’t last for three days! Some of the faces of those present will be the same ones we have seen over the years. Others, however, will be more recently part of our lives. During the time we have spent together, we have been fortunate in meeting many kind, friendly, like-minded souls with whom to celebrate and to share ourselves and our lives.

Stephen and I will spend our anniversary together going out for a meal for a joyous acknowledgment of our forty-one years together. Where has the time gone? The years seem short by comparison with the days. This makes it even more important to celebrate the special milestones when we move past them. Stephen is entering a new decade. He will be eighty. For a while, it seemed to him to be a difficult hurdle. Now he is looking forward to the day and whatever the new decade will bring.

When the days of celebration have passed and only the memories remain, the way we have highlighted them frame them with a special glow. The happy faces alight with smiles as they sing Happy Birthday will remain in my memory, blending with the gladness I feel to be part of this day. We all need these to mark pauses in the normal flow of everyday life. Most especially, the child that lives always within us rejoices at the opportunity to have fun on those special days when we celebrate together.

May your celebrations be hearty and filled with joy and love.

Blessings and best regards, Tasha Halpert

Village of Little People Tribe?

~Ghost Hunting Theories

Source:  In 2005, a small mummified body was found in Iran in a village called Makhunik.  The dwarf-sized mummy was almost 10 inches long.  Many looked at the architecture and made an assumption this had to be a city of dwarves.

Archaeologists tried to dispute the notion when it went public. Another researcher said that it was a premature baby that was mummified.

After being examined, it was determined the mummy was that of someone about 16 or 17 years old. Reports are that the items and the city itself were built of a scale that seemed off and would be ideal for a population of Lilliputians. Oddly, it was found the citizens covered their doors with mud and fled. It would appear they expected to return.

I recently wrote about the Littlefoots in America found in a large population in Tennessee.  –

Referred to as “pygmies,” these skeletons were found buried in crypts just outside of Sparta, Tennessee in the County of White and reported in the Nashville Whig in June 1820. These graves had many bodies, all of them quite small.

Some of the crypts were as small as 18 inches by 12 inches. The first grave was 2 feet long and inside the small skeleton and its teeth had the researcher wondering if it was canine or monkey. He had them sent off to be examined.

They were buried with care in a stone crypt and had shells and urns with them. The bones were so old they crumbled quite easily. One skull the examiner held up was 5″ across from side to side. Most individuals were from 18 inches to 2 feet 10 inches long. One find was a 5-foot 5-inch individual found with the smaller ones. The taller skeleton had a head that was longer, eyes much wider asunder, the forehead much higher above the eyebrows, and the under jaw measured one inch longer on each side than the smaller fellows. Atop the head of one skull had bright silver grey fine hairs.

There was great dissimilarity in skull shapes, the size and shape of the bones, and looked to belong to different tribes of people. Just 8 miles away, a 7-foot giant was found. These finds were packaged and sent for examination in Nashville. The prevailing opinion was that they were not children. No 1 skull belonged to some carnivorous animal of the canine genus; but that the skull belonged on an adult person of small size, not much exceeding 3 feet in length. Cylindrical bones and teeth appeared canine. Others gave the same odd opinion.

On an unusual side –

A man in Connecticut thought there were fairies talking to him and built a village for them in the woods.

Researcher Don Monroe is the last of a very rare breed that can live by his own hands, has hiked the most remote regions around the entire globe, in search of understanding our wild and amazing world. He shared the odd case of the hidden tribe with pygmy slaves.

From a prospector/miner who treks around remote areas of British Columbia came an interesting account. He ran into a tribe up there that stays quite hidden in the great expanses. The people have accepted his presence as he has shown no threat, but they do not go among society and have lived in a traditional way and wearing buckskins.

They also interestingly have slave labor among them that are pygmy people described as 4-foot tall, very dark-skinned, flat noses, and Asian-looking eyes.

They were compared to the Negritos, a people of the Philippines and Andaman Islands who are a pygmy culture.

Studying their strikingly beautiful faces, I can’t help but recall a civilization in Meso -America that baffles experts even today – the Olmecs.

The Olmecs were the earliest known civilization in Mexico from 1200 to 400 BCE. It is impossible to look at their portrayals without thinking about South Pacific origins.

Nearly every island has legends of the wee people and on some of these islands, like in Indonesia, a tiny race referred to as the “hobbits” have been discovered.

This survivalist race of people who know how to live in any conditions in the South Pacific Islands could have reached as far as the Americas. They could have been present, moving on, moving up, going through the Americas where there are native legends of “little folk.”

What might their relationship have been with the First Nations? This was a race that is so skilled in survival that a marine friend said the Negritos trained them in survival in the Philippines. Spread out over many islands in the South Pacific, one has to wonder about their potential trek across the sea to yet other lands.

The Little People of the Pryor Mountains (known as Nirumbee or Awwakkulé in the Crow language) are a race of ferocious dwarves in the folklore of the Crow Nation, a Native American tribe. The Little People were also seen as imparting spiritual wisdom and played a major role in shaping the destiny of the Crow People through the dreams of the legendary Crow chief.

The Native peoples of North America told legends of a race of “little people” who lived in the woods near sandy hills and sometimes near rocks located along with large bodies of water, such as the Great Lakes. Often described as “hairy-faced dwarfs” in stories, petroglyph illustrations show them with horns on their heads and traveling in a group of 5 to 7 per canoe.

Is there a feral First Nations tribe in British Columbia that has avoided human contact? Oh, that is very probable and possible. Do they run with a pygmy race they employ as slave labor or the like?

That is a really unusual possibility.

Personal Power

Power is not about exerting our will over others, it is about being in complete truth with yourself.

Many of us have do not understand what personal power means. We have been given the false notion that power is bad — that it is something we use to exert our will upon others. In fact, when our personal power is intact, we are neither overbearing nor meek. We have a clear sense of our strength and the impact we can have on others. This actually enables us to be more sensitive. Personal power is what permits us to work on behalf of our dreams and desires. It allows us to realize that we are worthy and deserve to be heard. In addition, our personal power lets us extend the respect we know that we deserve to the people around us. There is no reason to be afraid or ashamed of fully owning your power.

In the chakra system, the solar plexus is the seat of personal power. One way to evaluate your sense of power is to breathe into this part of the body. If it feels tight or nervous, it is an indication that you may not be fully expressing your power. You can heal this imbalance by expanding the area of the solar plexus with your breath. You can also visualize a bright yellow sun in this part of your body. Allow its heat to melt any tension, and let its light dissolve any darkness or heaviness. Repeating this exercise on a regular basis can restore and rejuvenate your sense of power.

Another way to nurture your personal power is to honor your dreams and desires by making concrete plans to manifest them in the world. Start by making a list of things you want, and let yourself think big. Choose one goal from the list and commit to bringing it to fruition. In addition, break the goal into tasks that you can work on each day. Know that you deserve to have your dreams come true and that you have the power to bring them into being.

Words Are Energy

Each word we speak has a life of its own, a vibratory signature that creates waves into the expanse of the universe.

When we speak or write, we use the vehicles of words to carry meaning, as well as energy, from ourselves to another person or group of people. We may be speaking to our baby, our boss, or to an audience of 500 people. We may be writing a love letter, a work-related memo, or an entry in our own diary. Whatever the case, each word we speak or write has a life of its own, a vibratory signature that creates waves in the same way that a note of music creates waves. And like musical notes, our words live in communities of other words and change in relation to the words that surround them. When we are conscious of the energy behind our words, we become capable of making beautiful music in the world. If we are unconscious of the power of words, we run the risk of creating a noisy disturbance.

Some of us know this instinctively, while others come to this understanding slowly. Most of us, though, speak without thinking at least some of the time, blurting out our feelings and thoughts without much regard for the words we choose to express them. When we remind ourselves that our words have an impact on the world at the level of energy, we may find within ourselves the desire to be more aware of our use of language.

A fun way to increase our sensitivity to the power of words is to simply make a list of our favorite words and notice the energy they contain. We can write them down and post them where we can see them, or we can speak them aloud, feeling them reverberate in our bodies and in the air around us. This is like learning to consciously play an instrument that we have been playing unconsciously for most of our lives, and the effect can be startling and delightful. As we grow more comfortable and confident playing the instrument of language, we will begin to compose beautiful messages, creating positive energy every time we write or speak.

Gilberto Rides Again Chapter 8

by Stephen Halpert

Because of his late soccer practice, Joey missed joining Gilberto, Maria and his sister Mona for pizza. He was unusually quiet when they picked him up and Gilberto wondered if something was bothering him.

Once back in the condo Mona made a beeline for her room to play on her computer. “Be careful,” Gilberto called out or you’ll turn into a mouse potato,”

That stopped her in her tracks. “I’ll never be a mouse, daddy, I’m a girl. Girls aren’t mice.”

Hearing that made him laugh. Her logic was impeccable. “Too much time on the computer will slow you down,” he said patiently. “Better you get outside in the fresh air and run around on the Esplanade with your friends. Maybe practice kicking your soccer ball around with Joey.”

“Why? I’d rather be on a swim team. But there isn’t one. Soccer’s boring. All you do is run and kick. My friends don’t run around anymore. They’re all at home on line.”

To Gilberto she sounded so much like Maria. Her dazzling sense of defiance  had already firmly taken root.”

“If you don’t get exercise you could  turn into a fat old lady,” Gilberto said.

Mona shook her head. ” None of them want to run around and kick a stupid soccer ball. Why should I?”

“Because,” he tried, “at this time in your life fresh air and sunshine are really important,”

The ten year old shook her head and frowned. “Oh daddy you’re so old fashioned.” She ran up to him, hugged him. “But I love you, daddy and I always will. Even when you get old and cranky.” Then she giggled, turned, ran down the hall to her room.

Hearing her say that he couldn’t help but laugh. He shook his head, went into the living room  and sat on the couch beside Maria and Joey.

“It’s her life Joey,” Maria was saying. “You know perfectly well that at this time in life, men have no business trying to tell women what to do.”

Joey sniffed and shook his head. “But mom she’s too young to get married and have a baby.”

“Maybe so,” Maria said. “But Joey that’s her decision. Best not to try to interfere.”

“It wouldn’t do any good anyway,” Gilberto said.

Joey shook his head. “But Sophia’s says she’s going to marry Renaldo and have their baby. But Renaldo’s such a jerk. It’s so obvious.”

“To everyone but her,” Gilberto said. “All you can do is stand back and be her friend. That’s called detachment.”

“You really can’t say anything,” Maria reiterated. ” But I agree, sometimes when you disagree with someone’s decisions, showing them support can be difficult.”

“Not to change the subject,” Gilberto said, “but has Houndstooth solved their soccer coach dilemma?”

Joey shook his head and sighed. ” No. We may have to forfeit our last two games in the Summer Soccer League.”

“Your coach could have waited to walk away until after the season ended,” Maria said.

Joey nodded. “I guess he and his wife are in the middle of a messy divorce and he just had to leave.”

“Maybe Ramon and I could help out,” Gilberto said.

Joey’s eyes lit up. “That would be so cool. I’ll tell the headmaster.”

“It’s just a thought,” Gilberto said. “Best not to appear too pushy.”

“But you and Mr. Gomes were both All Americans. I’ll show him the article about you both in Sports Illustrated.”

“Would you have time?” Maria asked.

“How many more practices?” Gilberto said.

“Three more practices and two Saturday games both at home.”

“I’ll talk to Ramon,” Gilberto said. “Sounds like we could fit that in.”

“You might like coaching,” Maria said.

Gilberto nodded. “I know I would.” A gigantic cut in pay, he thought. Dashed forever, he feared would be his dream of owning the yacht of his dreams or buying a stately mansion in Wellesley. He could never admit to Maria or even to himself that he liked living the good life. There was something incredibly seductive about wealth. He could easily understand the Republican perspective that integrated greed and impracticality. The good life attracted him. He’d always thought it would fit him like a pair of comfy slippers.

Over lunch, Gilberto told Ramon about their possibly coaching soccer at Houndstooth.

Ramon grinned. “Anything to get away from here. Sara Midgley is throwing her weight around. Wants to change everything. Personally I think her reforms will slow down shipping and ultimately make everything more expensive.”

Gilberto bit into his Rubin. “How come?”

“Who knows? Maybe she wants to sabotage Atlas. If that’s the case…”

“Have you talked with Buzz or anyone on the Executive Council?”

Ramon frowned. “Haven’t you heard Buzz is putting all his energy into launching communication satellites. There’s even talk he’s going to go out into space just to see what it’s like.”

Gilberto frowned. “Makes no sense.”

“Not much does,” Ramon said. “Why would Atlas want to throw billions into a merger with a Southern Shoelace manufacturer?”

Gilberto nodded. “I thought Velcro replaced shoelaces.”

“Not according to Buzz,” Ramon said. “Sara has him convinced that shoelaces will have a second coming. Calls the potential merger with Clay Calhoun Shoestrings a bonanza for Atlas. She says shoelaces not only go back to Biblical days but will recover in popularity and last forever.”

Gilberto frowned. “That woman’s a reckoning onto herself. I’m surprised Buzz buys into her?”  He shook his head and sighed. “He’s our CEO so what he says goes.”

Ramon nodded. “Didn’t most everyone in the Bible wear sandals and not use shoelaces??”

Gilberto chuckled. “Buzz brought Sara into Atlas, got her on the Board and gave her a big bonus plus a boatload of authority.”

Ramon frowned. “Maybe there’s something fishy we don’t know about going on behind the scenes.”

“Seems that way,” Gilbert said.

Ramon grinned. ” Maybe she ties his shoelaces.”

Back in his office Gilberto called a number in Washington he hadn’t used for some time. Smith answered on the first ring.

“We need to talk,” Gilberto said. “Will you be in Boston anytime soon?”

“Wouldn’t be about Lady Godiva and a blue Bentley?” Smith said.

“How’d you guess?”

Before Gilberto could reply Smith said. “Lunch later this week.” Then the line went dead.

Gilberto couldn’t help but wonder how someone as far away as Smith  could manage to know so much?

To be continued.

Kitty’s Korner

Why Do Cats Knock Things Over?

By Susan Logan McCracken

Cats are possibly the most athletic, graceful animals on the planet. Certain breeds, like the Oriental Shorthair and Cornish Rex, can scale a mantel filled with knickknacks without knocking a single one over. It’s one of their most impressive talents. So why is the internet filled with videos that show cats knocking stuff off of high places like tables and countertops?

Even though this behavior may be funny sometimes, it can be harmful at other times if something breakable shatters when it hits the floor. This behavior can also be a problem if the object is something valuable, like your smartphone or a family heirloom. To keep your cat and household safe and happy, here are some basic feline needs to consider and how to avoid having your home trashed.

Cats Test Everything

Cats want to know the nature of everything in their territory. They want to know: Can I eat this? Will this eat me? Is this a safe place to nap? Is this a private bathroom? Is this fun to play with?

Cats test everything by sniffing it, biting down on it or using their paws to bat it around. And if it moves when they bat it, they chase it as they would go after prey. Most of the things they bat at are roughly the size of their natural prey animals: mice, birds, lizards, and other small animals. Tile, wood, and laminate floors are extra fun because anything that lands on them will slide around if it doesn’t break.

What you can do: Batting stuff around is natural feline behavior and cats need to engage in it to thrive. Provide mouse-sized toys they can bat around and pounce on, but keep your breakables and valuables where your cats can’t get to them.

Cats Need to Play

Cats love to play. In fact, they need it to stay happy and healthy. Play provides exercise, which indoor cats may have trouble getting enough of. Play also keeps their hunting skills sharp. If they know something moves when they bat it, they take mental notes and routinely return to that spot and object.

Cats are entertained by batting and chasing things that slide across floors; that is, until they disappear under furniture. We’ve lost many pens this way, but we find them whenever we move the furniture for spring cleaning.

What you can do: Provide your cat with playtime and toys they can bat around and chase each day. When they play with something they shouldn’t, redirect their attention to their toys.

Cats Crave Attention from You

Knocking stuff off high places can be a sign that your cat needs more attention. If your cats aren’t getting adequate attention, they may resort to doing whatever they know will get you to notice them.

So when you see your cat knock your cellphone off the table, chances are you will say your cat’s name, jump up and pick it up. To your cat, you just participated in the game, and his effort to gain your attention worked, which reinforces the behavior.

What you can do: When you see your cat knocking stuff off the counter, ignore the behavior. This teaches your cat that this is not the way to get your attention. Wait a minute. Then redirect your cat’s attention to appropriate toys and spend about 10 to 15 minutes playing with him.

Why Cats DON’T Knock Stuff Over

I’ve always been impressed by cats’ ability to jump onto a shelf or counter covered in objects without knocking anything over. How can they be so graceful?

Aside from their athleticism, cats walk with a precise gait, meaning that their hind paws step into the same tracks as their front paws. They also step lightly onto their tiptoes and paw pads to be undetectable to prey.

Georgia Nicols Weekly Horoscope: Sunday, July 04, 2021

All Signs

On Monday this week, Uranus dances with Sun. On Thursday, Uranus dances with Venus. And on Friday and Sunday, Uranus dances with the Moon. Oy! In astrology, Uranus represents sudden change, explosions, independence, revolution and electricity. Every time it dances with a particular planet in your chart, it means a surprise will occur – something unusual, sudden and possibly upsetting or accident-prone (but not always upsetting). Basically, Uranus intends to challenge our rigidity or where we are sort of numbed out. It’s a wake-up call to what’s really going on. Personally, I like the James Bond wake-up call — shaken, not stirred.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

At the beginning of this week, something unexpected might impact your home or your dealings with a parent. It could be a rebellion about something. Small appliances might break down or a little breakage could occur. On Thursday, social plans might suddenly change. They might be cancelled or you might get a surprise invitation? Who knows? Romance might also get a sudden jolt. This jolt could be problematic or it might be an unexpected flirtation? (Please note that Thursday is an accident-prone day for your kids.) Basically, there’s an element of unpredictability to your week, so stay off your heels! Fortunately, you like a challenge.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

On Monday, almost certainly your daily routine will change for some reason. Plans might be cancelled or you might suddenly have to take a short trip. You might see new faces, new places or have clever, new ideas! This dovetails with the fast pace that your week will surely have. On Thursday, you might suddenly entertain at home, or a home event might be cancelled. (Stock the fridge just in case.) You might also impulsively buy something artistic or high-tech for your home. Possibly, a family member has surprising news? By the end of the week, this same unpredictable quality will keep playing out. Allow extra time for everything.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Do be careful because something unexpected could impact your cash flow, earnings or something that you own on Monday. For example, you might find money or you might lose money. Possibly, a possession will be stolen, lost or damaged? This could be minor; it could be major. On Thursday, quite likely, something pleasant will surprise you. An unexpected short trip or a fun invitation. You might meet someone charming who will become a new friend. You might go someplace beautiful that makes you appreciate your daily surroundings in a special way. For the most part, it’s an interesting week for you as long as you protect your money and possessions at the beginning of the week. Get ready to enjoy some variety!

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Monday is bound to be an interesting day for you because the Sun will be in your sign dancing with wild, wacky Uranus. Expect to encounter new experiences. Something might suddenly change in your immediate surroundings. Personally, you will feel more alert, alive, quick-witted and stimulated by everything around you. Your freedom and independence will become more important to you. You might want to make some changes. On Thursday, you might impulsively buy something, especially something beautiful. Keep an eye on your money and your possessions. By the end of the week, you will still feel restless and guarded about what you own. That’s okay. Sometimes “guarded” is a good thing.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

You might feel restless on Monday and not know why. It’s a feeling that comes and it will go. It could be about something going on behind the scenes or something taking place at a subconscious level. By Thursday, a social surprise might take place. You might receive an invitation? You might cancel an event? You might be tempted to buy clothing or something personal for yourself that is unusual. (You like one-of-a-kind things.) For the most part, this is a positive week because fair Venus is in your sign making you charming and diplomatic. Meanwhile, Mars is in your sign giving you energy and drive! By the end of the week, yet again, some unexpected issues will make you feel restless.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

On Monday, a friend will likely surprise you or perhaps you will meet someone new who is a real character. Possibly, the surprise will be related to a group to which you belong or a group that you might encounter. Either way, it will prove to be interesting. By Thursday, a hidden flirtation or a private love affair might take a new direction. Something “behind the scenes” will be unexpected. These unexpected issues might actually call attention to you by the end of the week albeit briefly. The main thing to know is to stay flexible and light on your feet so that you can accommodate the unexpected. For your sign, these surprises will likely be related to people you know or people you meet. “Boris?” “Natasha!”

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

At the beginning of the week, you might be surprised by a parent, boss, someone in authority or the police. It’s possible. Or perhaps, something unexpected will throw your name out there and promote your reputation – for good or bad. Whatever it is, others will be aware of you. It could be public. Alternatively, you might make a break for freedom and take a very independent stance on something, especially in your relationship to a boss or a parent. By Thursday, you might break with a friend or quit a group. Or you might meet a new friend who is unusual and different? Yet again, by the end of the week, something unusual might affect your public persona or your reputation among your peers. (It’s all quite fascinating!)

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Ah yes, — a journey of 1000 miles begins with a cash advance. Let’s hope this is possible because you might suddenly travel at the beginning of this week. Or perhaps, a planned trip will be cancelled or changed? Likewise, a surprise related to publishing, the media, the law and medicine or something to do with higher education might also take place. You might break with a group because you no longer endorse their philosophy. Later in the week, perhaps Thursday, something unexpected might occur with a parent or a boss. It could be a social occasion or perhaps a social occasion will be cancelled? Whatever happens will be relatively high viz. Others will notice these changes taking place in your world.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Keep an eye on issues related to shared property, inheritances, loans, mortgages and anything that you share jointly with others because a hiccup or a sudden change might occur on Monday or at the beginning of the week. To avoid embarrassment, loss or inconvenience, stay in the know. Alternatively, a sudden gift or a financial opportunity might come your way? Could be anything. Later in the week, you might suddenly have a great travel opportunity; or your plans to travel might change or be cancelled. (Oh no!) Romance with someone different might occur. The main thing to know is to stay on top of red-tape details that can affect your assets and wealth. Don’t be asleep at the switch. You snooze – you lose.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

At the beginning of this week, a partner or close friend will do something that surprises you. They might want more freedom in the relationship? They might suggest something you didn’t expect. Possibly, you will meet someone new or be introduced to someone new by someone you already know. By Thursday, keep your pockets open because an unexpected gift of money or a favour or an advantage might come to you. (You will have to act quickly because this window of opportunity will be brief.) Again, by the end of the week, surprises and feelings of independence or revolt might colour your closest relationships. Most unusual! What’s going on?

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Do be alert at the beginning of the week because some kind of surprise or interruption to your job might occur – something you didn’t see coming. Or perhaps this surprise is health-related? It might even relate to your pet. Whatever the case, keep your eyes open and be flexible so that you can accommodate something unexpected in your day. In a few days, a close friend or partner will also surprise you. Or perhaps you will meet someone new around Thursday? This person might be unusual – a real character, someone who interests you. Possibly, a rift with a partner or close friend might take place. Eeek! And yet again, by the weekend, issues to do with partners and close friends will once again catch you off guard. (Enough with the surprises, awreddy!)

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

Social plans might change right at the beginning of the week. Something might be cancelled or delayed. Alternatively, you might receive a surprise invitation? Guard against sports accidents on Monday. Parents take note that this is also a potentially accident-prone day for your kids. Therefore, be vigilant. Romance might also hold some surprises. You might meet someone new who is different; or an existing relationship might hit a speedbump. By Thursday, something unexpected could impact your health, a pet or your job. It could be pleasant or not so pleasant. Be patient and diplomatic to deal with these unexpected issues so that you come through this week with smiles.

Personal theme: I am!!

Fire & cardinal sign: March 21 — April 19

Your horoscope for this week:

For you, as an Aries, the most important thing to keep om mind during the week of July 4th, is that while you’ll be facing twists and turns and the occasional more challenging real obstacles, by no means is it a bad or negative week. Actually, those twists and turns will corner you into analysing situations that either you were unaware of or, alternatively, you’ll be drawn into settings that force you to slow your pace and focus on gathering hard facts.

You would like to feel your family are in accord over long-term plans but someone is holding something back. Close relationships will improve, but you must go easy if you are hoping to get a loved one to come round to your way of thinking. If you go at them like a bull at a gate, they may revert to their original position. Listen to your conscience when making an important decision. You will want to pursue a path that benefits other people as well as yourself.

Travel and communication issues will likely dominate much of Aries’ conversation. As the Moon from South to North latitude on Tuesday, expect to feel challenged. View this as a roadblock: you are tasked with finding alternative routes. That could apply in so many different ways: priority surely must be given to the way in which you give instruction to others. It may be that you need to find a different language style. It’s entirely possible that you are seen as being too demanding and strident. It’s not necessarily the case that you have to back off, but more that by Friday, you would do well to take into account someone’s feelings and their need to be reassured that they still have a place on your team. Ahead of next Saturday’s New Moon, considerable attention might need to be given to how you work with others.

Personal theme: I have!!

Earth & fixed sign: April 20 — May 20

Your horoscope for this week:

As you begin the week of July 4th, Taurus, the odds are good you’ll be aware of the need to rethink certain areas of your life. The reason for this statement is with your ruler Venus having moved into the part of your chart that actually accents the structure of your life, on the 27th of June, and with it remaining there for most of the month of July, until the 22nd, your focus will be very much on this variety of review; and with powerful planetary activity accenting the potential for changes during the week of July 4th, that review will have to do with rethinking elements of your life that either you regarded as settled or which you’ve worked very hard to organise and which, at the moment, anyway, you might be struggling to keep as they are.

You can’t understand what a friend or loved one wants from you. They’ve been acting strangely and their behaviour has been confusing. Stay watchful and you will learn all you need to get this relationship back on an even keel. Events on Wednesday will reveal everything. Your efforts to make a new colleague feel welcome have not gone unnoticed. They will be grateful. Money will come in late at this time so prepare accordingly.

You may remember that there is almost a war in the sky presently with Saturn at right angles to Uranus (moving through your sign). True, all signs are torn between past and future in 2021 – but perhaps Taurus especially so. Trying to hold on to outdated business models will simply not work. It should be apparent soon after the Moon moves from South to north latitude on Tuesday/Wednesday (depends on your time zone), that you need to adjust your approach. It may be necessary to prune – and ruthlessly. You may need to give up a task which you’ve been doing for years but which no longer delivers adequate reward. This though, should pave the way for something new. Agreed, that offering might not arrive until after Saturday’s New Moon. This week it may be important to let others see that you are obviously thinking about how and when to move on.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I think!!

Air sign: May 21 — June 20

Your horoscope for this week:

When exploring, and often actually organising, plans with others over the past month or so, you’ve faced constant changes. While for you, as a flexible Gemini, this was no problem, certain individuals were anxious, and wanted guarantees. You told them what they needed to hear, then forgot about it. Time has moved on, but those commitments haven’t. Discuss them frankly, and the sooner, the better.

New avenues of income are starting to open up to you. You hadn’t expected to have to think about moneymaking opportunities but there are some you won’t want to pass you by. The most lucrative will be linked to a personal project you have been keeping to yourself up until now. It will be important to stand up for yourself in a group situation to stop someone from taking advantage of your kind nature.

Soon after next Saturday’s New Moon, your ruling planet, Mercury, leaves Gemini. Until it does, it could be said that you ‘have the floor’. Think of this as a debating exercise. You need to put forward your points. No doubt others will be fascinated by the way in which you can argue both sides of the case. On Tuesday you could be ‘for’ something, but on Wednesday, take the opposite side. Either way, it will likely amuse others to watch you arguing with yourself. This though could cause you a headache – literal or figurative. What is likely to eventually sway you in one direction or the other, is the impact the final outcome has on your resources; financial and otherwise. Career wise there is every possibility of you talking yourself into difficulty. Where possible, it might be wise to stop, listen and keep counsel until after Saturday’s New Moon.

Personal theme: I feel!!

Water & cardinal sign: June 21 — July 22

Your horoscope for this week:

Life would be a lot easier if you could make plans, then expect things to proceed as they were organised. However, recent events have forced you and others to rethink those arrangements, often more than once. This seemed disruptive then. However, when the sudden yet thrilling changes triggered by the Cancer New Moon on Saturday, 10 July, arise, you’ll be relieved arrangements are flexible.

Life seems especially promising now. There’s plenty to do and to look forward to doing in a week that brings change and opportunity. If you’re single, you’re likely to experience a heaven-sent chance to get to know someone special much better. Your positive attitude will have a big impact on your health. When you start feeling tired, turn your thoughts to memories that make you smile or to plans that inspire and excite you.

The New Moon in Cancer isn’t until next Saturday. Until then, you might not know quite which way things are going to turn. What should be obvious is that responsibility is headed your way. This may be something you’ve craved. However, agreeing terms that ensure you are adequately rewarded will likely take time. Tough talking mid-week may well be unsettling. Yet it is important that you protect your interests and vital that you don’t get too emotional in the process. That reaction is entirely possible once the Moon reaches your sign on Thursday. Don’t assume that others are oblivious to your needs. Note too, that emotional blackmail is unlikely to work. You would do better to hold your nerve, keep calm and accept that although these are tough times, that an equitable solution is worth the wait.

Personal theme: I will!!

Fire & fixed sign: July 23 — August 22

Your horoscope for this week:

Ideas and offers may be exciting; and tempting as it is to plunge in, if not say an immediate ‘yes’, think carefully. Not only is the foundation on which these are based shifting, so are your own interests and priorities. True, the resulting slow pace is irritating. Still, by the time of the Leo New Moon on 8 August, you’ll be relieved your options are open.

You’re keen to give up a habit that’s not good for you but you’re not sure how to go about it. Getting professional advice should be your first step. You can be determined when you want to be and when it’s a case of mind over matter, with the right approach, you will succeed. Your social life is starting to open up as people come to you for advice or guidance in matters that are affecting them personally.

Chatter at work could be loud, raucous, exciting and confusing all at once. Yet it should be clear by Wednesday, as Venus in your sign opposes Saturn, that there is no way back and that old structures must be torn down and replaced. It would be understandable if you were overwhelmed. On the upside, you should find the energy to tackle an archiving project that arguably should have been done some time ago. You should also find this week’s aspects beneficial for valuation and for determining what needs to be kept and what can now be discarded. True, you might still be in muddled state on Friday; but following Saturday’s New Moon and with the impending alignment of Venus and Mars in your sign on 13th, there is yet much to look forward to. First it seems some form of spring cleaning is essential.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I analyse!!

Earth sign: August 23 — September 22

Your horoscope for this week:

Your reputation as a perfectionist is well-earned; but even at your cleverest, you’ve struggled to deal with the current unruly cycle. There’s a secret. However, it’s one you won’t like, at least initially; and that’s to stand back and let events unfold as they must. You can then tackle them all when the world, and your own life, are calmer, from mid-July onward.

A group event you had been looking forward to may be cancelled for safety reasons or because someone failed to put safety measures in place. You will feel annoyed because this is a problem which could have been avoided if people had been more diligent. The only way to make progress will be to remain focused and realistic. If you scatter your energy hither and thither all you will be doing is wasting your time.

As you will be aware, the Moon passes through all 12 signs every month. You may not know that other lunar cycles also operate. The Moon moves from North to South latitude and back again during the course of each month. As it makes these crossings there is a decided shift in energy. Knowing that, you’d be well prepared when others alter direction midweek. Of course, it’s entirely possible that it’s you who will change your mind. The key thing here is to note that what’s agreed on Monday might not be acceptable on Friday. It seems more discussion is needed. You may be pulled this way and that, and troubled by the ideas presented by Gemini, Libra or Aquarius colleagues. The way forward for you has to be to focus on practicalities. That will be easier after Saturday’s New Moon. This week, seems to be about list-making and showing others the pros and cons of their different approaches.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I balance!!

Air & cardinal sign: September 23 — October 22

Your horoscope for this week:

For you, one of life’s greatest challenges is to refuse requests for advice or help, especially from those closest. Yet you’re already aware that the issues they’re facing are, by and large, because they’ve either moved too slowly, neglected details or been just plain lazy. The secret? Back off, that is, just vanish. Leave it to them to deal with their problems, while you enjoy yourself elsewhere.

An older relative or colleague will offer advice. At first, you might feel they are interfering. Their desire to help is because they have experienced a similar situation to what you are going through now. The guidance they offer will be sincere. One day you could be the one in their shoes, and you will be helping others who need it. Are you single? It will be your charming personality and wonderful sense of humour that attracts other people to you.

By next weekend’s New Moon Mercury will have moved out of Gemini (another of the Air signs). Since its arrival there in early May, no doubt you’ve been caught up in a flurry of ideas -itis. The thirst to know more, whilst at the same time the need to give out information has likely given you a switch-back mental ride. It would be unsurprising if you’d been caught up in issues around words and publication. This week it will likely be necessary to cull some of these ideas; accept that some cannot move forward and choose – yes, a difficult task for Libra, – which plans warrant further attention and exploration. In just over a week’s time, Mars and your ruling planet, Venus, align in the networking area of your solar chart. Launching some of your ideas post this New Moon should work well. Preparation though is everything. This week should be viewed as ‘rehearsal’ time when it’s necessary to move all props and rubbish away from the stage, check that admin is in place, and prepare for curtain up. Diligence – especially as the Moon moves from South to North latitude midweek – could put you way ahead of others and ensure success.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Scorpio & Ophiuchus

Personal theme: I desire!!

Water & fixed signs: October 23 — November 21

Your horoscope for this week:

When you made a commitment to either avoid discussing certain tricky issues openly or left increasingly worrying matters in the hands of others, you assumed they’d deal with them, both wisely and in depth. However, they’ve done the minimum, and you’re worried. Tempting as it is to advise them or even take action – don’t. These are their responsibility; and, besides, you’ve other things to deal with.

Someone you live or work with seems to think they know what’s right for you. You’re inclined to acquiesce just to keep them smiling. As it is you could find it amusing that they do have a good idea of what you like and don’t like and of what you want and don’t want to do. If you’re unemployed and looking for a job, even if you would prefer this to be a one that offers long-term security, taking on a temporary position could lead to a more permanent offer.

There’s high probability of you being excited by a colleague’s apparently fresh approach to a difficulty on Monday. True, there is still likely many more questions you want to ask before moving forward. The fact that this fresh approach is available through should be exciting. Yes, it is possible that as the Moon moves from South to North latitude midweek, that you’ll have concerns that the ‘baby is being thrown out with the bathwater’. It might irritate you that a cavalier approach is being taken to what in the past has proved to be good value. The thrifty part of you will surely be super resentful that others are ignoring the value of what has been a key asset. With all this going on, your nervous system looks overstretched and yes, there could be a physical fallout (dis-ease) to deal with. Yet you could be proved correct – and soon after Saturday’s New Moon. It’s perhaps not necessarily the case that a situation can be rescued entirely, but that what you retrieve in a salvage operation midweek can yet be put to good use.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I see!!

Fire sign: November 22 — December 21

Your horoscope for this week:

The tricky events and, even more, disappointing behaviour of certain individuals over the past few weeks hasn’t just resulted in practical issues, you’ve lost some of your usual optimism. Actually, this could be helpful. It’s time for you to review certain arrangements and, equally, rethink whether those once-worthwhile friendships or professional alliances still serve you. If not, it may be time to move on.

Life is about to take a turn for the better. To some degree your future security depends on your relationship with others and what those who are close to you decide. You will respect their opinions, and if they can show you the same degree of consideration, a compromise will be found. If you are looking for a new job and you haven’t had a lot of luck, ask a talented friend to help you with your CV or resume.

You may remember that Venus has now joined Mars moving through another of the Fire signs. Early next week, after Saturday’s New Moon (on 13th) the two form an exact alignment marking the start of a fresh cycle. This week can be thought of as an overture. In this period between Last Quarter and New Moon, there’s ample opportunity to reassess and yes, likely say goodbye to certain working practices that are past their sell by date. This should be particularly apparent mid-week as the Moon moves from South to North latitude and passes through your opposite sign. Don’t be surprised if a colleague makes clear that at least one working practice is no longer sustainable and that they need to move off in fresh direction. You could join them. What’s also clear is that you are now long overdue for an adventure. Though that craving and need to experience something new will likely be there until at least the end of July, it may not be realised until the early part of next year. It surely should surely be possible for your thirst for information to be quenched. Determining which course you could take in the second half of 2021, and which would leave you well-placed to take advantage of more opportunities next year, might be a good use of this weeks’ planetary energies.

Personal theme: I use!!

Earth & cardinal sign: December 22 — January 19

Your horoscope for this week:

You’re by no means narrow-minded. Long ago you learnt the value of being inquisitive, even about matters or individuals of little interest to you. Now, however, not only do you need to explore far beyond your usual boundaries, what you discover could offer the key to certain issues as persistent as they are puzzling. While this makes little sense now, by early next week, it will.

A partner has made decisions you aren’t certain about, but it is too late to do anything about it. Much to your annoyance, the initiative has been taken from your hands. It seems as if you have no choice but to follow their directives. Because of this you can’t help but feel resentful. Are you single? A new romance does not seem to hold a lot of promise. Moments you spend together are fun but you accept that not every relationship is meant to last.

The new Moon in your opposite sign isn’t until next weekend. Until then, a tidying up process seems important. Yes, this could be most trying – especially on your nervous system considering that there are tasks you feel others should have addressed weeks, if not months, ago. Now the race may be on to conclude certain matters: preferably by mid-week. It would be understandable if you got hot under the collar and indeed unusually, a little emotional. Note too, that Venus and Mars are moving towards a conjunction in one of the Fire signs next week. If you think of the planets as playing music, then most people will be hearing loud brass chords presently: in other words, drama is in the air. Whereas you might not want to accept (again!) certain responsibility – especially mid-week, it may be necessary to do just that if a task is to be put to bed successfully so that everyone can then move on after the New Moon (Saturday).

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I know!!

Air & fixed sign: January 20 — February 18

Your horoscope for this week:

For weeks, and in some cases for much longer, you’ve been concerned about certain ongoing issues. Some are practical, a few involve others and many are personal. What they have in common is the fact you’re mystified. This week is about exactly that, tackling each, one at a time, and using what you learn to handle whatever is next. Challenging? Initially. Helpful in the long run? Absolutely.

A new partner is starting to realise you just can’t be fenced in. Ideally, your amour will share a similar need for a relationship that embodies freedom. Just because you have independent interests, it does not mean there is no love or loyalty for each other. In fact, a deep understanding between you will keep your bond strong. A short trip out of town will keep you focused on your intentions as you meet someone who shares similar goals.

By next weekend’s New Moon, Mercury will have left another of the Air signs, Gemini. For the last few weeks that planet has moving backwards and forwards through the research and development area of your solar chart. Ideas must surely have been plentiful. Pinning any of these down, and determining the best way forward, might not have been simple! All should, and probably will, change after the New Moon. First though, an essential clearing-up or ‘putting to bed’ exercise needs to take place. This is something you can and likely must do if you are to move forward with one particular working partnership. Next week, Venus and Mars (both now moving through your opposite sign) form conjoin marking the beginning of a fresh cycle. You perhaps now need to show someone that you are committed to their fresh approach and that you agree that an old way of working is no longer appropriate. Yes, this might also require saying goodbye to one working setup. Surely though, it must be clear that this is now past its sell-by-date.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I believe!!

Water sign: February 19 — March 20

Your horoscope for this week:

Few things upset you more than being forced to disappoint somebody you care about, possibly a loved one or, equally, an individual who you’re trying to help in some way. However, this is a week of powerful but often seemingly cruel breakthroughs. That means you and others must face the facts and adopt a new strategy. While tough in the short term, the timing couldn’t be better.

Keep your spirits high. Don’t get discouraged if others seem to be having a better time than you. They aren’t admitting to the problems they are going through in their private life. Someone you work with or see every day has been keeping a secret. It will take courage for them to confide in you. Be sure you don’t betray this trust. A text message later in the week could mark the start of a new relationship.

It’s useful to think of the planets as playing a musical sound. We all hear those sounds differently and find different dances to go along with them. Sometimes we are in tune and in step with other styles, and other times not. Presently it might seem that you’ve moved to the centre of the dancefloor and that all eyes are on you and yes, as a result you could be tap dancing furiously. That may be particularly true over Tuesday and Wednesday as the Moon moves over the base of your solar chart while simultaneously crossing from South to North latitude. The big question is; are you going to collapse in a heap at the end? or, when you stop, will there be applause? It should be the latter. Fact is, that your ability to enchant and to notice what others miss should make you both a valuable member of a team, and a source of inspiration. Where others are disenchanted and feel defeated, you could yet show that professionalism will get them through and that there are brighter times ahead.

May the love of the Goddess be ever in your heart.

Merry Meet and Merry Part

And Merry Meet Again!”

Goddess Bless!
