We have been “lunar lucky” these last few months!
This year’s Supermoons have come in February 9th full moon, which was the first in a series of four (4) full super moons falling on February 9th, March 9th, April 8th, and today, May 7th, 2020.
MAY is the Full Flower Supermoon
 In most areas, flowers are abundant everywhere during this time, therefore, the name of this Moon.  Other names include the Full Corn Planting Moon or the Milk Moon. This full moon is also the Buddha Moon or Wesak Moon, considered to be the most auspicious day in the Buddhist calendar. It is a week-long celebration of the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha celebrated by cultures around the world.
Crystals Associated with this Moon
Moonstone
Moonstone honors the Goddess in all women. This stone helps women (and men) to be more comfortable with their gentler feminine/yin receiving side. This stone is also an excellent remedy for overly aggressive females or for men who need to connect to their more feminine/emotional side. Its connection to the moon has been documented for centuries.
Pearl
In tune with emotions, water, and women, especially pregnant women, pearls are a symbol of pure heart and mind; innocence and faith. Because it is from the sea, it has watery and lunar elements, therefore it is used for balancing emotions, especially for water signs. Absorbing by nature, this mineral absorbs thoughts and emotions and because of this, must be used only occasionally.
Quartz, Clear
Thought to amplify both body energy and thoughts. It can assist in the creation of power, clarity of thinking, meditation, cleansing, clearing the aura, spiritual development and healing. Clear Quartz is considered the “stone of power”. Pure white light passes through it easily, leaving all the colors of the spectrum unaltered and giving substance to the argument that Clear Quartz crystals can help balance all the elements needed to make us whole and fulfilled.
Selenite
This is the mineral gypsum. It’s white/clear striated crystalline body is a sheer source of calming, spiritual light. It works with the higher spiritual Chakra in accessing our higher consciousness, spirit guides, and the angelic realm. Because of its striations, like tourmaline, it works along the spinal column grounding and anchoring our Earth vibration and utilizing kundalini to rise freely up our light body stimulating each center as it vibrates.
Silver
This metal is excellent for mental, emotional, and physical releasing and cleansing. Works on mind/emotions to see life’s overview, our emotional balance, and the need for patience. Like the moon’s energy, silver has a gentle, cool, smoothing effect. Therefore, it reduces inflammation, fever, nervous system stress.
Snow White Quartz
Snow White Quartz: also known as Snow Quartz or Milky Quartz, it is a variety of Rock Quartz crystal with microscopic water bubbles and inclusions of carbon dioxide. This gives the stone its “snowy”, white, or “milky” appearance. Snow White Quartz is the “Observation Stone”.  Like the introspective and contemplative time of winter, this unique stone allows us to notice more the actions around us.
Chrysanthemum Stone
This is a naturally occurring phenomenon that appears in a unique pattern embedded in the stone that resemble a flowering chrysanthemum. This stone allows one to blossom in life, helping one to see their true purpose. Keeping it along for your journey, this overtly energetic stone assists in helping its owner see the opportunities as they unfold in front of them. Gifting us with the realization that, like the flower, we have a beginning, middle and end-stage, which needs to be lived to its fullest from start to finish. It lends itself to the sense of balance between both the physical world, as well as the spiritual world.
Desert Rose
Selenite is a mineral that can form rose-like flower buds. This beautiful form of selenite forms clusters like single or double rosebuds. Very healing and powerful “tool”. Works on all the Chakra, especially the Heart Chakra and brings a sense of calmness and tranquility the longer it is with you. These stones clarify thinking and mental vision, including your perception.
Petalite
 Petalite, also known as Castorite, is highly spiritual. It has been called the “stone of the Angels” (not to be confused with Angelite) and will help one connect with one’s guides and enhances your angelic connection. It is also said to dissolve negativity and black magic spells. Petalite has been used on vision quests for strength, protection, and peace. It will balance one’s yin/yang qualities as well as one’s mind, body, and spirit. It also enhances one’s ability to feel energy in stones. Known as an aura calmer.
Rose Quartz
Properties: Rose Quartz represents love, beauty, peacefulness, forgiving, loving, self-love, and emotional balance! Rose Quartz works with the Heart Chakra. It is a soft, gentle, soothing stone that warms the heart center. Its value as a nurturing friend cannot be overstated. Neither can it’s soothing influence. Helps diffuse negative stimuli and uncomfortable memories. Helps us discover the ability to love ourselves and makes us more open to other people. It is of particular value in helping us to forgive ourselves, hastening self-acceptance
