    Anxiety can be debilitating, from personal experience. Affecting daily life and limiting.
    nowadays, not too many people eat healthy. Too much junk food out there, available and easy, like pizza and hotdogs.

    I take probiotics on a daily basis, but you also need prebiotics, which is the food and energy source for probiotics, and the method of meditation should be different from one person to another. For me, meditation is walking in nature and watching trees go backwards.
    Petting a cat or dog is also sort of meditation because it calms the mind.
