Here in this time of plague,we’re being asked to, as much as possible, stay home and away from other people in order to flatten the curve. Added to the stress of worry over our health and incomes is the fact that major changes to our routines can be stressful.
And different people will experience that stress in different ways. Introverts may actually enjoy time alone while extroverts may be stressed because they recharge their batteries by being with other people. Being tucked away with your partner and/or children may be a great opportunity to finally spend more time together, but it can also lead to frayed tempers and will certainly highlight any weak spots that already existed in those relationships.
