Tasha’s Day by Day Astro Planner for July 2017

The long hot days of summer are upon us. It’s best to take it easy now and not over exert yourself. Try to enjoy the water–whether ocean, lake or brook. We begin the month with the Sun in Cancer, the Cardinal or executive Water sign. Mercury begins in that sign also, though it changes to Leo in a few days. Venus remains in Gemini until the very end of the month, however Mars spends about two thirds of the month in Cancer before moving into fiery Leo. We feel more sensitive during this sign, and kinder. Cancers are usually empathetic and often provide comfort and solace to others. Leo brings out our playful side.

Saturn, Neptune and Pluto are all still retrograde, signaling a slowdown to the energy of change and allowing us to solidify what we may be building. Saturn reflects structure, and its energy can be helpful for reinforcing and strengthening what have been and are actually or symbolically building. Neptune is a symbol for our higher aspirations and desires, when it is retrograde it is easier to meditate. Pluto is all about transformation via rebirth or regeneration, however the seed must burst for the seedling’s roots and leaves to come forth. When Pluto is retrograde the change happening is hidden beneath the surface.

The full Moon in Capricorn takes place on the 9th, signaling some kind of political and/or business excitement or conclusion. The next period of two weeks will be ideal for purging anything like old business papers or accounts, straightening up and making order by discarding what you no longer need or want. Saturn ruled Capricorn loves order and clarity. The New Moon in Leo is on the 23rd. This is an excellent time to initiate creative projects, romance, or opportunities for play. Vacations or enjoyable times planned for then can be extra fun. Creative projects can flourish, as can romance. The two weeks from new to full Moon are ideal for planting and increasing.

Times to be mindful and use the energy wisely are the 2nd with a forceful Mars/Pluto opposition, the 4th with a disruptive Mercury/Uranus square, the 10th with a distracting Sun/Pluto opposition, the 17th with a deceptive Venus/Neptune square and an impactful Mars/Uranus square, the 20th, with a strenuous Sun/Uranus Square, and the 24th with a difficult Venus/Saturn opposition. Best to move carefully, especially with regard to Mars and Uranus around machinery, tools or automobiles. To use the energy well plan to tackle difficult tasks reflective of these energies.

Times to plan for fun and enjoyment are the 5th, with a spiritual Sun/Neptune trine and an expansive Sun/Jupiter square, the 18th with a lucky Venus/Jupiter trine, the 19th with an efficient Mercury/Saturn trine, the 24th with an inventive Mercury/Uranus trine and the 26th with an energetic Sun/Mars conjunction.

Tasha’s Daily Astro Planner

Sat. 7/1 Gentle Libra Moon begins our month on a pretty note.

Sun. 7/2 Sweet Libra Moon starts the day, Strong Scorpio Moon comes on at1 PM to bring passion, aided by a feisty, energetic Mars/Pluto opposition.

Mon. 7/3 Persistent Scorpio Moon enhances any tasks.

Tue. 7/4 Mystery solving Scorpio Moon seeks resolutions; Venus into Gemini brings flirtatious energy to choices; erratic Mercury/Uranus Square suggests potential new solutions.

Wed. 7/5 Philosophical Sagittarius Moon enhances conversations. Mystical Sun/ Neptune trine generates spiritual energy. Sun/Jupiter square promotes excess.

Thu. 7/6 Cheerful Sagittarius Moon enhances the day.

Fri. 7/7 Athletic Sagittarius Moon begins the day energetically, 2PM Capricorn Moon fosters organization and ambition.

Sat. 7/8 Organized Capricorn Moon assists with Saturday chores.

Sun. 7/9 Diligent Capricorn full Moon seeks ambitious accomplishment.

For Travelers
Spell Date: Sunday, July 2, 2017

I am someone who travels frequently, and I find that as soon as I can when I arrive in a new land, I need to ground in, give offerings, and align my soul once more. I sometimes sing into the wind or go to a liminal place where I can trance into the land.

My mother once gave me a red jasper stone, which is known for bestowing luck and protection while traveling. Procure a red jasper stone and a small magic pouch. Enter a trance in your way and project your awareness to the rippling edge of the stone’s spirit. Communicate your desire for luck and protection while traveling and form an agreement. You may want to pour a spirit (such as rum or whiskey) over the stone to feed and invigorate the spirit. Place the red jasper in the pouch and carry it with you as you journey.

Looking for Love
Spell Date: Saturday, July 1, 2017

We all want companionship in some form: the lover, the best friend, and the companion for life.

What is your idea of a perfect mate? Make your list. Do not focus on looks so much as personality, interests, and ideals. Then write down what you have to offer someone in return. Again, focus on personality, interests, and ideals.

Make a copy of the list on a piece of paper, with your companion’s values on one side and your values on the other. Carefully burn the paper in your cauldron. Ask for someone who will match the values on both your lists.

Maybe you already know someone who matches your values. Have you met someone recently who may fit your list? Remember your intent, and focus on the list of values.

If you know someone who fits the bill, reintroduce yourself to them. The magic will take over from there.

A New Phase in Life
Spell Date: Friday, June 30, 2017

Retirement is a word that may make you jump for joy or strike fear in your heart. On a personal note, today is the day I leave full-time employment to join the ranks of the retired. I plan to garden, improve my home, write, sleep in, work out more, and hone my craft. So many possibilities lie before me.

I have been planning for this day for years. If retirement is not a dirty word to you and you have any thoughts of retirement, today may be the day to lay out more concrete plans. First, pick a date and print it on an eight-by-ten piece of paper. Place the paper over your keyboard or altar or in some prominent place where you will see it every day. Talk about it to others. Begin or continue financial planning. Remember the power of the written and spoken word. Our thoughts make our reality. Say:

“Now I begin to “work” for me. As I write, so mote it be.”

Spell to Bring Back old Friends
Spell Date: Thursday, June 29, 2017

We all have that special friend we’ve lost touch with. Life has a way of bringing incredible people into our lives and then sending them off in a different direction. Maintain ties with your closest friends, no matter how long it has been, with this simple spell.

Ground and center your energy and visualize yourself sitting in an empty room alone with your friend. See a cord of light move from your belly to theirs and spend a few moments stabilizing the connection by taking slow and steady breaths and visualizing the cord growing brighter.

Compose a simple message in your mind, such as Call me! and visualize the words becoming a blue ball of electricity. Take another deep breath and send this blue message ball down the energy cord to your friend. Visualize them receiving the energy and the spark giving them the urge to contact you.

Head and Heart
Spell Date: Wednesday, June 28, 2017

The two great luminaries come together when the sun is in the sign of Cancer, which is ruled by the moon. The sun represents spirit, rational intellect, self-image, willpower, and action. The moon represents joy and the transrational elements of soul, heart, feelings, and subjectivity. Use a visualization to link thinking and feeling, objectivity and subjectivity, rational and transrational. When we use these pairs together, we bring the two great luminaries, sun and moon, into relationship, and together they create life-affirming brilliance.

Sit quietly with eyes closed. Envision the sun above your head. Inhale brilliance, drawing it into your skull, brain, and spinal cord and down into the nerves of your body. Picture the moon floating over your heart. Exhale, sending lunar illumination out from the heart to the blood, pulsing throughout your body with every heartbeat. Sun and moon. Head and heart. Illuminated.

Rainbow of Peace
Spell Date: Tuesday, June 27, 2017

Who doesn’t need a little more peace in their life, right? For this spell, you’ll be making a ribbon rainbow peace wreath to hang in your home. You’ll need:

* A variety of ribbons (or fabric strips) in a rainbow of colors, ranging in width from 1/4 to 5/16 inch
* A 6-inch wooden embroidery hoop
* Scissors
* A ruler

My wreath had seven alternating colors of ribbon that were each cut six inches long. This gave me four complete groupings of the ribbons on the hoop.

Making the wreath is easy— simply begin knotting the ribbons around the edge of the wreath, adding the colors in the order of the rainbow. As you do so, focus your thoughts on whatever peace you wish to make manifest. Afterward, hang the wreath somewhere special. Mine is above my altar.

If you change any of the measurements, you’ll need to play around with it a little bit to find what works for you.

The Gift of Togetherness
Spell Date: Monday, June 26, 2017

Go to a dear friend’s house and bring something you have cooked or made just for them. Bring it to them and let them know that you have intended this as a ritual act, as a magical intention.

Sit together and eat or speak about what you have created. Talk about your love for each other, how you met, and your favorite memories, even difficult ones.

When you feel like this communion of togetherness has come to completion, recite the following verse or something like it together:

“Together we are strong.
Together we are wise.
Together we are abundant.
Together we forge love anew.”

Heartwings Love Notes 782 Celebrating Special Days with Special Treats
Heartwings says, “Celebrations are always fun and birthdays are a good reason to celebrate.”

The joyful birthday of our country on July fourth happens to be right next to and between my husband Stephen’s on the 3rd and our wedding anniversary on the 5th. Over the many years of our life together what a wonderful time we have had with our celebrations. In the past we would share what we called our three days of peace and love with friends. They would come from everywhere and stay, overflowing our large home, enjoying the pool and the hot tub, and even camping in the back yard.

Today we live more quietly, yet we still have friends in to celebrate. Special recipes are always fun to share for these occasions. Over the years I have evolved quite a few. One of Stephen’s favorites is a cake made with Almond paste or Marzipan. The main ingredient can be purchased at almost any market. This cake is not the kind to be frosted however you could also decorate it with fruit. If I decide to make it this year I might spell out Happy Birthday Stephen with pieces of strawberry.

Marzipan Cake

Preheat oven to 325
Grease and flour, or line with parchment an 8 round cake pan.

7 or 8 oz almond paste or marzipan
¾ cups butter
2/3 cups sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
¼ teaspoon almond extract
¼ tsp baking powder
1/3 cup all purpose flour

Method: Crumble almond paste into bowl. Add butter. Beat well until blended. Gradually add sugar and beat well until mixture is light in color and texture. Add beaten eggs, continue beating for 3 minutes. Add flavoring. Sprinkle in baking powder by pinches. Fold in flower. Scrape batter into prepared baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until firm and browned on top, and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes on a rack. Slide a thin knife around and under the cake to detach from pan. Invert on rack then turn right side up and finish cooling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

This cake is a wonderful treat, and can easily be made gluten free by using a flour mix from Bob’s Red Mill or another one you might like. It really helps to have a mixer, though it would also be excellent exercise, it would be very labor intensive to mix it by hand,. Whether I make this recipe or another I am fond of, I know I will enjoy celebrating these special days.

May your special days be fun to celebrate,

Blessings and best regards, Tasha Halpert

PS If you try it, do let me know how you like my recipe, or email me anything else you’d like to tell me or comment on. I so love to hear from readers.

Stephen Halpert
You Cannot Conquer Time

Getting ready to sit at my desk next to Tasha as she sat at hers, I looked around our apartment. “I just realized that every clock in here shows a different time.”
She looked over at me. “What do you mean?”
I laughed and opened up my computer. “Just this: it’s quarter to five on the wall in the kitchen, ten of in the living room, the one in the hall says five to. Our swivel hips Elvis in the pantry shows twenty-five of–maybe he needs new batteries. But in the bedroom it’s already ten past, and here on my computer I see it’s three past. Talk about mystical living and alternative time zones!”
She leaned back in her chair. “So what,” she smiled. “Wouldn’t you say that most time is relative? Plus you forgot to include the dashboard clock in the car; it’s three hours and some minutes ahead, and we can’t reset it.”
I shook my head. “Do you have any idea how much sleep we’re losing, waking up every morning ten minutes earlier than it really is? Multiply those ten minutes by seven days and you’ve got seventy lost minutes of sleep each week, or,” I began to fiddle with my calculator, “three thousand six hundred and forty minutes a year. No wonder I’m always tired!”
She ignored my math. “But we’re never late for anything.”
Just then the church clock tolled the hour. “Officially,” I laughed, “It’s now exactly five PM town time.”
Tasha looked out the window. “What’s significant is that there’s still sufficient daylight for us to spend some time outside. Sun time is more important to me than clock time.”
I shrugged. “Then why bother having clocks or even for that matter, wear a watch?”
“You’d be nervous if we didn’t regulate our lives by a clock. You’re always worried about being on time.”
I brought up my email and began discarding spam. “Then I’d be free of daylight savings time. Wouldn’t that be wonderful!” Then I shook my head, “Sad to say, I’m not that mystical yet. I fear I’d be just a tad too up tight not having any idea what time it is.”
She got up and went into the kitchen. “Speaking of which, what time do you want supper? I have to think ahead about what to have. Besides, time is really just an illusion, a man made invention that replaced the natural rhythms people used to live by.”
“How can you even think something like that?” I deleted my old email. “Western Civilization relies on being on time. And also, for many people time is money!”
Tasha looked out the window again and sighed. Her daylight was beginning to shrivel. “For a long time people lived by the moon and the cycles of nature. The seasons determined what they did and when. They lived very nicely without knowing what time it was. I’ll bet fewer back then had high blood pressure or suffered other ailments of stress.” She opened the refrigerator and began putting items on the counter.
“So let’s just eliminate calendars; forget about significant dates, even birthdays. Return to harvest festivals, and solstice celebrations. Of course we’d continue to age anyway; we just wouldn’t know how old we were.”
She came over to me and laughed. “That might be an improvement. Maybe people would be happier and perhaps more productive if they weren’t controlled by a clock.”
“I remember that line from the poem One Evening by WH Auden, ‘Oh let not time deceive you, you cannot conquer time’.”
“No need to as long as you don’t let it conquer you.” Then she perked up, sniffed, and went back to the kitchen.
“Where are you going?”
“To the kitchen to take out the muffins I’m making for supper.”
“How do you know they’re done?” I asked noticing there was no kitchen timer by her computer. “How long have they been baking?”
“Long enough to be just right,” she smiled. “These cinnamon raisin muffins smell absolutely heavenly and done too.” She took the muffin pan from the oven.
I looked at the clock; it was just ten past five, whatever that was supposed to mean.
“There,” she said with a smile, setting the fragrant muffins on a rack on the counter. “Timed just right.”
“I’d be willing to try an experiment. We could put away all our clocks for a week and see how life treats us during that time.” I looked at our calendar. “I’m sufficiently detached to experiment with something like that.”
She turned and went back to her computer. “Does time control us or do we control time?”
“I guess we’ll find that out. But how will you feel not knowing when the Red Sox start their game or anything else on TV for that matter.”
“”Well of course the TV has a built in clock. So that could be the royal exception.”
She grinned. “well, wouldn’t that nullify the experiment?”
“I suppose,” but the only way we can try conquering time is by not paying any attention to it. It would be happenstance if you were late for an appointment or left something in the oven for too long and it burnt.”
She laughed. “You’re being silly.” She brought up a website on her computer. It looked like a display of antique clocks.
“Taking a last look at Father Time’s instruments before we jump off the edge?” I asked her.
She shook her head. “I was just considering an anniversary gift for a friend. She has a clock obsession.”
“And we don’t?”
“Not really,” she laughed. “To us time is relative. It is what it is, whatever it happens to be.”
“Good point,” I grinned. “Let’s take time off and go for a walk.”
“Good idea,” she smiled. “I was hoping you’d agree to. That way maybe too we can work up an appetite for supper and,” she smiled at me, “muffins.”

We Are Like Nature
By Madisyn Taylor

As humans our lives are completely intertwined with the cycles and rhythms of nature.
Nature is a mirror, inspiring and teaching us, deepening our sense of belonging in the world. Wherever you look, you can see that our patterns and the patterns of the natural world are the same. You can find this resonance in every form, from molecules to plants and animals and to planets. We live our lives according to the same principles as the trees, the mountains, the clouds, and the birds.

We begin our lives in the womb, folded in on ourselves like the bud of a flower. We can see our whole lives in the mirror of this natural form. When we emerge from the womb, we slowly begin our unfolding, just as the flower begins to open its petals. At its prime, the flower draws many insects to it and also the eyes of appreciative humans. When the flower’s petals begin to fade and its life cycle comes to an end, it ceases to hold itself upright and returns to the earth. Traditionally, we return to the earth, just as all plants and animals do. Like flowers, we leave behind seeds in the forms of children and other gifts only we could have given. They continue to unfold even after we are gone. Rebirth is encoded into our lives, and death is just one part of the cycle.

Look around you, and you will find connection and insight. Notice how your moods shift from one to another like the sky shifts from bright blue to turbulent grays. Your thoughts are like clouds, appearing, changing shape, passing through, and then disappearing without a trace. The rain cleanses the sky, just as an emotional release cleanses your mind. The sky itself is your eternal awareness, unchanging underneath all these permutations. Let it reflect back to you your own abiding perfection.

As you walk through the world, find your own metaphors for connectedness in nature. Flesh them out fully and follow them as they lead you through the mystery and intelligence of life.

Monthly Horoscopes for: July 2017

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

If you`re born within cusp period (16 to 26 of any month); you`re advised to read horoscopes of both signs covered by that period. You`re in the border; you may have influences from houses within those signs.

———— ———– ———- ——— ——– ——- —— —– —- — — –

Personal theme: I am!!
Fire & cardinal sign: March 21 — April 19

Your horoscope for this month:

Since about 2007/8 (and yes, coinciding with the global financial crisis) you may have felt under-valued or fearful that your asset base isn`t secure. Property issues may well have been a big theme. In any year since then there have been months when these issues demanded particular attention – July being one of those periods. Renovation costs could have your attention during the first two weeks of July 2017. Around the Last Quarter Moon (in your sign on 16th), you may be faced with a dilemma that pits your need for emotional security against career needs. Balancing these could prove expensive and involve the purchase of an extra ticket or other transport cost. The big financial news though is that the Sun and Mars align in your speculative zone on 27th. The temptation then to invest (could be in a holiday or in precious jewels) may be irresistible. Take care though that you`re not caught out by currency fluctuation or a guarantee that expires at the end of the month.

Earth & fixed sign: April 20 — May 20

Your horoscope for this month:

Be prepared for large expenses throughout July. Transport costs could rise and, for some, include the purchase of a new vehicle. From Thursday 6th major costs seem linked either to overseas travel, or, for a few, legal matters. Investments through this period and which are linked to expanding your knowledge base should prove financially sound. The most expensive action however looks to be from the New Moon on July 23rd. This is when the need to improve your asset base is at its strongest. First though, pay attention to insurance costs. You may not have found the best deals – either on this or on utility costs. With savings made here you should then be in a better position to make serious investment after 27th. Investing in services and products which you yourself use (i.e. don`t be distracted by other people`s ideas of what is a good investment) could yet prove super-wise and bring reliable dividend.

Personal theme: I think!!
Air sign: May 21 — June 20

Your horoscope for this month:

Your birthday may have been last month but you could still be in line for a few gifts in July – especially after Venus reaches your sign on 5th. True, financial threats are everywhere and you may have real and justifiable concern as to how you`ll cope. The art may be not to over-react around either 2nd or 10th when pressure looks to be great. Yet all is far from lost. True, you may still have high (legal? Or other expert?) expenses for some time. Extra cash could be headed your way following the conclusion of an important deal around 27th however. It might help to know that though it`s October before Jupiter leaves the speculative zone of your solar chart, that hints of extra work and earning potential should be apparent before the end of July. This is not to suggest that you build up debt but to point out that ease could yet come. As always, putting your health and well-being at the forefront of all expenses is essential. Indeed, investing in health and even in companies providing healthcare is something to be considered: especially after Mercury changes signs on Wednesday 26th.

Personal theme: I feel!!
Water & cardinal sign: June 21 — July 22

Your horoscope for this month:

The Full Moon on July 9th coincides with Mars` transit of your sign and Pluto`s alignment with the Full Moon itself. It`s probable then that the first nine days of the month will be particularly action packed. Indeed, by Monday 10th you might wonder if resources are adequate. It could be argued however that these are early days and that finding your financial feet and feeling more secure in this area won`t occur until Jupiter changes signs in October. It`s not that this month is all bad – simply that cash flow may be faster than usual. You`re probably right in thinking that costs could be pared. The art though is likely in the timing. Achieving this before the end of the month might not be easy. With a partner or close associate dealing with their own slightly fraught financial arrangements it might be best to view July as simply a turbulent month. The good news however is that after Mars leaves your sign on July 20th and slightly ahead of the New Moon on 23rd opportunities for you to increase earnings should appear. Indeed, an offer made around the 21st could give you much to think about. You might though need to make a decision before the end of the month.

Personal theme: I will!!
Fire & fixed sign: July 23 — August 22

Your horoscope for this month:

Mars reaches your sign just slightly ahead of the New Moon (also in your sign) on 23rd. It might be as well to think of this as a starter pistol shot. Financially the period from the 20th could be extremely busy indeed. That needn`t be a bad thing: you may be quite happy to invest in certain items, products and services that feel worthy of your hard-earned cash. However, bearing all that in mind, it would be as well to be particularly prudent in the first five days of July when you could be tempted to overspend. July`s Full Moon on Sunday (9th), could bring an after-shock that shakes all financial markets on Monday 10th. Insurance matters too could have your attention between Thursday 6th and Tuesday 25th as Mercury passes through your sign. These few weeks should be viewed as excellent but checking deals and ensuring you are on optimum tariffs. Bearing in mind that the next New Moon is a solar eclipse (a sophisticated type of New Moon), undertaking regular risk assessments and ensuring you have a safety net in place would be wise.

Personal theme: I analyse!!
Earth sign: August 23 — September 22

Your horoscope for this month:

This month`s full moon on July 9 is extra important for all signs in that it aligns with Pluto. This cosmic event highlights the speculative zone of your solar chart. It`s highly likely that you will feel impelled to invest. This should work particularly well if it involves the purchase of a large piece of equipment related even to a hobby. It`s perhaps also true that this would work well if you determined to have a holiday or even just a one day break. Factors that with Venus moving over the apex of your solar chart from July 5 the need to experience another perspective becomes imperative. Soon after the last quarter moon on Sunday 16th a financial relationship could move to new phase. This might well involve someone born under Aries or whom you see as being action driven. There were degree of risk may be involved and that in itself could be unsettling around Friday 21st, you may feel that their suggestions on this occasion should be followed. Marketing, distribution and networking could all have your attention in the last four days of the month. Whether you invest in companies offering these services or determine this is the best time to show your wares, action could result quick profit even before the end of the month.

Personal theme: I balance!!
Air & cardinal sign: September 23 — October 22

Your horoscope for this month:

This might not be what you want to hear, but key decisions may need to be taken before the Full Moon on July 9. The urgency of all this may be apparent when Mars opposes Pluto on the 6th. All this happens across the backbone of your solar chart and is likely to shake you at both the domestic and career level. A major expense could be involved. For some, a potential reunion and realignment between the Full Moon and Last Quarter on 16th may be hugely important. It could be that this marks the next stage in your career journey. Investments of time and money made over the last few years could show signs of potential reward. Note however, that as of the 26th Mercury enters your neighbouring sign of Virgo for an extended stay. It won`t reach your own sign until closer to your birthday. From July 26th until October should be viewed as an editing and preparation time. Your focus is likely to be excellent. The good news is that by your birthday cash flow could be much improved. Bottom line for July then is that time and energy and cash invested could yet prove rewarding even if temporarily you have to tighten your belt.

Scorpio & Ophiuchus
Personal theme: I desire!!
Water & fixed signs: October 23 — November 21

Your horoscope for this month:

Though July could bring financial treachery to many, those born under your sign are arguably best equipped to deal with the volatility. Just a few days before the Full Moon on 9th, Mars and Pluto your two ruling planets oppose one another. This is a time when you could truly flower. Given that many may be pushed to the brink by the Full Moon, there may be bargains to be had on Monday, July 10th. Yes, some of these aspects are difficult but this though is where you could excel seeing bargains and possibilities that others have either ignored or dismissed. Between 6th and 26th Mercury transits the apex of your solar chart and could spur discussions about your long-term aims and objectives. In being more voluble than usual you should also attract support. It`s entirely possible that by the time the Sun reaches the apex on 23rd that others will be asking how they can invest in you. An alignment of the Sun and Mars on 26th is rare. Career development is probable and with that could come financial opportunity. Yes, that might not be realised until after next month`s Full Moon but negotiations could begin before the end of July.

Personal theme: I see!!
Fire sign: November 22 — December 21

Your horoscope for this month:

Later this month Mercury enters another of the Mutable signs and for an extended stay at the top of your solar chart. This, coupled with the Sun`s arrival in another of the Fire signs suggests a change of pace. Financially this could prove an expensive time. A large purchase might be discussed or investment in either your career or domestic circumstances. True, you might not implement all these ideas until after the solar eclipse next month. July could be about comparing prices and gaining estimates. The first week may be expensive as you consider either a long-distance trip or a series of short journeys which, after meetings have taken place, would leave you more time to concentrate on what really brings you pleasure. The main key however looks to concern a close partner or colleague whose financial affairs could change direction around the Full Moon on July 9 and have considerable impact on your plans. Note that Saturn leaves your sign on December 20. Through these next months you could be under considerable physical pressure so that some cash may be needed for equipment to boost your physical fitness.

Personal theme: I use!!
Earth & cardinal sign: December 22 — January 19

Your horoscope for this month:

This month`s Full Moon is in your sign. It`s a powerful Full Moon in that it aligns with Pluto and occurs only a few days after Mars opposes Pluto. A marked change of pace is indicated. It`s entirely possible that you will be offered the possibility of getting in on the ground floor of a new business or project. Though offering little immediate reward, this could provide a silver lining later in the year when Saturn enters your sign. In short, much of July may be about self-investment. As of Wednesday, 26th Mercury enters another of the Earth signs and for an extended stay. Between then and mid-September improving your knowledge base – though expensive in terms of both time and money, – could be a long-term sound investment. It`s entirely possible too that through a close partnership that a new enterprise will quickly take form before the end of July. A networking event – again in the last few days of July – also promises much. Though you might not be in a position to follow through on this until mid-August, the potential for this to develop looks good.

Personal theme: I know!!
Air & fixed sign: January 20 — February 18

Your horoscope for this month:

The first 10 days of July could offer a bumpy ride for all signs. You may feel the need to invest in better security: whether that`s a lock for a suitcase, a torch or an improved insurance policy. In fact, you could be nagged to do all of this after Mercury reaches your opposite sign on Thursday 6th. Financially what might also be important to you is either redecoration or repair. This could be a matter of some urgency and bring increased expense if it`s left until after the Last Quarter Moon on 16th. On Monday 24th, and just after the New Moon in your opposite sign, a financial breakthrough is possible. In partnering with someone on a grand adventure and yes, this could be a holiday – but it might also be in a small business – you could move your financial affairs in a new direction. True, you might have some qualms about this. That disquiet might not be assuaged until after the September Full Moon. Even so, you may feel you have little choice other than to get involved and yes, take an educated risk.

Personal theme: I believe!!
Water sign: February 19 — March 20

Your horoscope for this month:

As you know, your sign is often depicted as two fishes swimming in opposite directions. It seems to others that you have fingers in many pies and that though gifted at multitasking you can easily drift from one thing to another without finishing anything. On 26th Mercury will enter your opposite sign for an extended stay. Mercury is the planet associated with commerce and it`s highly likely that between July 26 and mid-September that your financial affairs will be even more turbulent than usual. Having a safety net in place would of course be wise. That in fact should be top priority before the Full Moon on 9th. That Full Moon comes hard on the heels of an opposition of Mars and Pluto that could prove treacherous for many. You may be reminded of the importance of insurance and of checking statements regularly. Between 6th and 26th Mercury passes through a sector of your solar chart associated with busy-ness. Cash flow is likely to be fast. There may be greater than need than usual to buy health and cleaning products. Another twist on this would be investing in companies providing these products and services. With the strong possibility of a change of career direction from mid-September another useful investment to make in July would be to check that you have all the basic essentials needed to make smooth transition from one daily routine to another.
